Hello and Welcome! I’ve started this blog as an outlet for me to channel my overly ambitious creative energy and love for food. I enjoy making a project of a meal on Sundays, making my own chicken stock after breaking down a whole chicken to use in parts, and braising beef in the oven all day just to get the perfect ragu. I’m not what you would call normal, but the more I make time to cook in a old school, low and slow kind of way, the more I enjoy it.
